Submit abstracts electronically at this conference portal. Indicate the relevant sub-theme under which your abstract should be considered. The abstract deadline is 16 August 2026.

Title: not more than 20 words. Length: 250–300 words. Keywords: 4–6. Include background, objective, methodology, major or expected findings, conclusion and contribution to knowledge. Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.15 line spacing, Microsoft Word format. Clearly state author names, affiliations, and corresponding author email and phone number.

Full papers are submitted after abstract acceptance. The deadline is 4 September 2026. Papers should normally not exceed 10 pages, including references, tables and figures, and should follow the prescribed conference format.

Participants may submit for oral paper presentation, poster presentation, doctoral research presentation, master’s research presentation, panel contribution, or innovation or research exhibition.

Expected outputs include a conference programme booklet, book of abstracts, peer-reviewed conference proceedings, conference communique, awards for outstanding presentations, and recommendations for policy, practice and future research.
